Overview

When Ruan Ning Xia and her boss, Fu Ling Cheng, have a one-night stand that results in a pregnancy, they get married for the sake of their child. During their marriage, Ruan Ning Xia spends her husband's money lavishly and enjoys a papered life. Disliking her materialistic ways, Fu Ling Cheng has never had a good impression of his wife. One day, Fu Ling Cheng is in a car wreck and becomes paralyzed. He is disowned by his family, kicked out and bankrupt. Abandoned by nearly everyone he knows, Fu Ling Chen has no choice but to rely on his wife. As she cares for him, the couple begin to develop romantic feelings for one another.
